After building a successful career within a FTSE-listed recruitment business, Sarah Hanley established Abbeville in 2013 with a clear vision: to create a business built on trust, reputation and meaningful professional relationships.
Nearly 18 years into her recruitment career, Sarah continues to work closely with businesses and finance professionals across the legal, chambers and insurance sectors, providing a consultative and highly personal approach.
Known for her specialist market knowledge, extensive network and relationship-led style, Sarah has built long-standing partnerships with clients, candidates, HR professionals and finance leaders alike.
What began as recruitment support has evolved into trusted partnerships, with many conversations extending beyond individual vacancies to include salary benchmarking, succession planning, retention strategies and growth plans.
